Photo & Film Expo 2015

The past 7 years have seen the local photographic industry grow at a phenomenal rate, and become united like never before.

One annual event brings together over 20 000 industry creatives and over 400 photographic brands for 4 days of bliss at The Ticketpro Dome in Johannesburg.

The PHOTO & FILM EXPO has developed since 2009 into the continents’ largest event catering to photographers and filmmakers, and has been referred to as one of the worlds’ leading photographic events.
Visitors can expect 4 days of exciting free workshops, incredible new releases, over a Million Rand worth of giveaways, prizes, special deals and the widest range of photographic gadgets and activities available.

The event is open to the public and caters to photographers and filmmakers of all skill levels and genres.

In addition to well over 100 unique presentations and demonstrations being offered by some of the top local industry ‘gurus’, visitors can expect a selection of big name international presenters as well.

What are the show times?

THURSDAY (19 Nov) : 9am – 6pm

FRIDAY (20 Nov) : 9am – 6pm

SATURDAY (21 Nov) : 9am – 6pm

SUNDAY (22 Nov) : 9am – 4pm

Ticket sales close at 5pm (Thursday – Saturday) & at 3pm (Sunday)

Secure Parking available at the Ticketpro Dome – R20 or Free parking availble from Northgate Shopping Centre

How do tickets work?

ONLINE TICKETS: Available from
R80 p.p. OR *R200 for all 4 days.
*The 4 day pass is only available online.
Q: Why would you want to attend all 4 days? A: Different workshops are hosted every day.

AT THE DOOR: Tickets are available at the door.
R100 p.p. Credit card facilities available.
Teens and Pensioners qualify for 50% off the door fee at the event.
Under 10s enter free.

Tickets include access to all workshop areas.
